The Path to Esencia
 

My journey toward this work was born not in a classroom, but through my own profound personal transformation. As a single mother who dedicated decades to raising my three children, I experienced firsthand the deep quiet and identity shift that occurs when our lives change seasons and we are called to rebuild ourselves from the inside out.

Navigating that darkness led me to seek healing through ancestral medicines and holistic practice, a path that brought me back to my center and taught me the ultimate truth: true medicine begins by reclaiming our own essence. Today, I hold space for others from that exact place of lived empathy, deep respect, and unwavering truth.

GlendaLee Nazario is an expert Kambo and Bufo Alvarius facilitator, educator, and the visionary behind Esencia by GlendaLee.

 

Her practice is built upon a foundation of authentic ceremonial wisdom, indigenous lineage teachings, and a commitment to trauma-informed, ethical, and integration-focused care.


Her specialized Kambo credentials include certification via Tribal Detox, complemented by intensive, hands-on apprenticeships within the jungles of Colombia and Peru.

 

Her expertise in Bufo is backed by formal training from the Bufo Alvarius Sanctuary in Tulum, advanced studies with Healing Frontline Heroes in Sonora, and sacred knowledge shared by the Seri (Comcaac) Nation of Punta Chueca.


GlendaLee’s spiritual journey is enriched by her deep immersion in the Shipibo tradition of Peru. She has completed five Master Plant Dietas (Ayahuma, Chiric Sanango, Toé, Bobinsana, and Noya Rao) and participated in over 18 sacred ceremonies under the guidance of Shipibo maestros, while also serving as a dedicated facilitator intern in traditional contexts.
