Welcome to Esencia by GlendaLee. By using this website, booking a service, purchasing a training, or enrolling in any program offered by Esencia by GlendaLee, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services and Educational Programs

Esencia by GlendaLee offers wellness, ceremonial, educational, and facilitator training services, which may include Kambo, Bufo / 5-MeO-DMT education, Reiki, meditation, Access Bars, integration support, retreats, and online or in-person training programs.

Services and trainings are provided for educational, personal development, ceremonial, and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed healthcare services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a training, book a session, or participate in services unless otherwise stated.

Certain services require completion of a health intake and screening process before participation can be approved.

Submitting an intake form or requesting an appointment does not guarantee approval.

3. Health Screening and Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding health conditions, medications, supplements, mental health history, substance use, and any other information requested during screening.

Relevant changes must be disclosed before a scheduled session.

Esencia by GlendaLee reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue participation when safety concerns are identified.

Participants should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before changing or discontinuing prescribed medications.

4. Bookings and Payments

A booking request is not confirmed until any required screening has been completed, the appointment has been approved, and the required payment or deposit has been received.

Prices, deposits, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms may vary depending on the service, retreat, or training purchased.

Applicable refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Online Training Access

Online trainings are delivered through a third-party learning platform.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access to paid online training content is provided for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Students are responsible for completing the material within their access period.

Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Esencia by GlendaLee but are not guaranteed.

6. Online Theory and In-Person Practical Training

Purchase or completion of an online theory program does not automatically include in-person practical training unless explicitly stated in the program description.

Where practical training is required for facilitator certification, students must complete all applicable theory requirements, assessments, practical requirements, and competency standards before certification is issued.

Completion of online coursework alone does not guarantee certification.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, manuals, scripts, presentations, protocols, graphics, documents, worksheets, assessments, and other educational materials are the intellectual property of Esencia by GlendaLee unless otherwise stated.

Training materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, sell, sublicense, or publicly share course materials.

• Share login credentials or provide another person access to your training account.

• Record or reproduce paid course content for distribution.

• Present Esencia by GlendaLee training materials as your own original training program.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of course access without refund and may be subject to further action where permitted by law.

8. Certification

Certification, when offered, confirms completion of the requirements established by Esencia by GlendaLee for that specific training.

Certification does not represent a medical license, government-issued professional license, or authorization to practice where additional licensing or regulatory requirements apply.

Students are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, regulations, insurance requirements, and professional standards applicable in the location where they choose to practice.

9. Assumption of Responsibility

Participation in wellness, ceremonial, and practical training activities may involve physical, emotional, psychological, or other risks.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, participation, health disclosures, travel arrangements, and compliance with preparation and aftercare instructions.

Specific informed-consent and liability documents may be required before participation in certain services or practical trainings.

10. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Esencia by GlendaLee does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, professional, or therapeutic results from any session, retreat, training, or educational program.

11. Conduct

Participants and students are expected to maintain respectful, safe, and professional behavior.

Esencia by GlendaLee reserves the right to discontinue services, remove a student from a training, or terminate access when there is harassment, unsafe behavior, dishonesty, serious boundary violations, misuse of course materials, or conduct that compromises the safety or integrity of the learning environment.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Some services may use third-party platforms such as FreshLearn, Wix, Jotform, payment processors, video platforms, or other digital services.

Esencia by GlendaLee is not responsible for temporary outages, technical interruptions, or platform-specific issues outside its reasonable control.

13. Changes to Programs or Content

Educational materials may be updated as standards, evidence, professional practices, safety information, or program structure evolve.

Esencia by GlendaLee may modify course content, lesson organization, policies, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Health and screening information is treated as confidential and used for screening, communication, safety, service delivery, and other legitimate operational purposes.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, transfers, deposits, and rescheduling are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable at the time of purchase or booking.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted that policy.

16. Acceptance of These Terms

By booking a service, submitting payment, purchasing a training, creating a student account, or otherwise using paid services provided by Esencia by GlendaLee, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
