Refund Policy

Effective September 2026

At Esencia by GlendaLee, every session, retreat, and training requires preparation, scheduling, and resources that are reserved specifically for each participant. This policy is designed to create clear expectations while allowing reasonable flexibility when unexpected circumstances arise.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit reserves your dates and may cover preparation, administrative work, materials, medicine sourcing, accommodations, planning, and time that is no longer available to other clients.

Deposits may be transferable to another available date at the discretion of Esencia by GlendaLee.

Individual Sessions

For individual Kambo, Bufo / 5-MeO-DMT, Reiki, Access Bars, or other private sessions:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may be transferred to another available date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Any approved transfer is subject to availability.

If a session must be postponed because of a safety or health concern identified during screening or before the session, Esencia by GlendaLee will determine whether rescheduling, credit, modification of services, or another reasonable option is appropriate.

If relevant health information, medications, contraindications, or other important information was withheld or inaccurately disclosed, payments may be forfeited and no refund is guaranteed.

Retreats

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve retreat dates.

More Than 60 Days Before Arrival

Payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for refund.

Any non-refundable expenses already paid or committed on your behalf will be deducted from the refund. These may include medicine, supplies, accommodation, transportation, outside practitioners, customized materials, preparation costs, or other retreat-related expenses.

30–60 Days Before Arrival

Payments are generally non-refundable but may be transferred as a credit toward another available retreat or service.

Any approved credit must be used within 12 months of the original retreat arrival date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival

All payments are non-refundable.

Because accommodations, preparation, scheduling, supplies, and other resources have already been committed, cancellations within this period are not eligible for refund.

Any rescheduling, partial credit, or exception is at the sole discretion of Esencia by GlendaLee and is subject to availability.

Trainings

Deposits for facilitator trainings are non-refundable.

Payments covering training materials, digital content, course access, manuals, preparation, or other materials already provided are also non-refundable.

Once access to an online training or digital course has been granted, that purchase is non-refundable, whether or not the student accesses, completes, or finishes the course.

Online course access periods are determined by the terms displayed at the time of enrollment.

Purchase or completion of online theory does not automatically include in-person practical training unless explicitly stated in the program description.

For in-person practical trainings, requests to transfer to another available training date may be considered when sufficient notice is provided.

Cancellations made within 30 days of an in-person practical training are non-refundable.

Any approved transfer is subject to availability and may be limited to a specified period.

Failure to complete course requirements, attend practical training, meet competency requirements, or obtain certification does not create a right to a refund.

Safety-Related Postponements

Participant safety takes priority over scheduling.

Esencia by GlendaLee reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline a session or training when medical, psychological, medication-related, or other safety concerns arise.

A safety-related postponement does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Depending on the circumstances, Esencia by GlendaLee may offer rescheduling, credit, modified services, or a partial refund at its discretion.

Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances

Genuine emergencies may be reviewed individually.

When appropriate, Esencia by GlendaLee may offer a transfer, partial credit, partial refund, or another reasonable arrangement.

Any exception to this policy is discretionary and does not create an obligation to make the same exception in future situations.

If a refund is approved, it may be issued according to an agreed payment schedule rather than as an immediate lump-sum payment.

Travel and Third-Party Expenses

Participants are responsible for their own flights, transportation, lodging, travel insurance, and other third-party expenses unless specifically included in the purchased service, retreat, or training.

Esencia by GlendaLee is not responsible for losses related to independently booked travel, accommodation, transportation, or other third-party services.

Cancellation by Esencia by GlendaLee

If Esencia by GlendaLee must cancel a service, retreat, or training and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, payments associated with services that have not yet been provided will be refunded.

Expenses already incurred for completed services, materials, preparation, digital course access, or other non-refundable costs may not be refundable where applicable.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there has been a billing error or payment issue, please contact Esencia by GlendaLee directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so there is an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback does not override the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Agreement to This Policy

By submitting a deposit, making a payment, purchasing an online training, enrolling in a practical training, or paying in full for a session, retreat, or program, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
